The Cottages

All 8 cottages are of rammed-earth construction with private facilities, 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, fully-equipped kitchen and covered verandah.

4 have 1 X Queen + 4 Singles (2 double bunks) which are ideal for families, 2 have a Queen-sized bed in each bedroom and the remaining 2 have “split” Queens (convertible to singles) in each bedroom. New Mattresses were installed in 2005.

Linen is supplied and with all main beds being made up.

All 8 cottages are self-contained with colour TV, DVD player, CD player/radio, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glassware, electric kettle and toaster.

The kitchen and bathroom appliances are gas-fired, while a wood-fired pot-belly stove heats the cottages through the winter months.

Cottages have gas-fired barbeques.

To ease you into your stay with us, we provide a “starter” continental breakfast including a small packet of Cornflakes / Just Right, fresh orange juice and milk, tea / coffee / sugar sachets and slices of bread and spreads. Please note that we provide these ingredients just once during your stay, this being a self-catering facility.

No pets are permitted, however we would be pleased to introduce you to nearby boarding kennels.
